Booking Fees

Our Booking Fees are based on party size. Booking Fees guarantee placement on the As You Wish Weddings & Events calendar as well as prompt and courteous services by our staff of professionals. Booking fees include all pre wedding planning and coordination. Payment of this fee begins the planning process for staffing, vendor and site reservations for your affair. The Gold Booking fees include onsite wedding consultant(s) during your ceremony only. The Platinum Fees include full day coordination and consulting services from your hair appointment to packing up the gifts and seeing you off to your honeymoon suite. Both level of fees include one consultant for every 25 guests.

Parties of 1 - 5 = $250 Parties of 5 – 10 = $400 Parties of 10 – 24 = $500
Parties of 25 - 50 = $750 Parties of 51 - 75 = $1,000 Parties of 76 - 100 = $1,500

All Booking Fees include:

• Comprehensive pre-wedding services, including design and floral ceremony suggestions and creations
• Booking and payment of all purveyors, i.e., musicians, photographer,videographer, officiate
• One consultant for every 25 guests provided throughout ceremony and photo shoot on event day
• Unlimited changes to your contract up to 30 days prior to event
• Unlimited contact with our company via e-mails or phone calls
• Suggestions and reservations for all dining reservations in Key West
• Choice of 5 select ceremonies with vow and ring exchange wording able to be mixed and matched
• Specialty ceremonies wording provided as well
• Pre-wedding day meeting at our office with choice of 2 hour tour of the island for viewing of the perfect ceremony, reception and honeymoon locations
• Our listing of recommended hotels, guesthouses and resorts with contact numbers and ratings
• Complete concierge services before and after your arrival for activities, tours and special events.

Platinum Booking Fees include:

• One consultant for every 25 guests provided throughout ceremony and photo shoot on event day
• Private cell phone number of your lead consultant for use on wedding day
• On call services by consultant for the entire day prior to the ceremony set up. This package also includes your consultants’ service through the day until dinner is served
• Comprehensive pre-wedding services, including design and floral ceremony suggestions and creations
• Floral Planning Meeting at our Florists’ shop with our Design Guru
• Unlimited changes to your contract up to 30 days prior to the event
• Unlimited contact with our company via e-mails or phone calls
• Unlimited scheduled appointments with our office staff
• First level booking of available purveyors, i.e., musicians, photographer, videographer, and officiate
• Scheduled Planning Meetings in our office with select vendors, i.e, photographer, videographer, baker, officiate and site inspectors
• Our personal contact and payment of all wedding vendors booked
• Assistance with all providers contracts, payment details and time lines
• Suggestions and reservations for all dining reservations in Key West
• Oversee and assist in the planning and execution of reception in any Key West location, combining the best of ambience, cuisine, and price to create perfect ending to the perfect day
• Oversee and assist in the planning and execution of any and all functions associated with your wedding and honeymoon in Key West. i.e, meet and greets, rehearsal dinners, morning after brunch and sunset sails no matter their location or size. Oversee and assist with all vendor contracts, reviewing them for fairness and accuracy as well as payment details and time lines
• Pre-wedding day meeting at our office with choice of …. 2 hour tour of the island for viewing of the perfect ceremony, reception and honeymoon locations
• Welcome to Key West meeting either at your hotel, ceremony site or in our office to review all aspects of your affair and arrange any last minute details
• Our listing of recommended hotels, guesthouses and resorts
• Oversee and assist in the pricing and booking of hotel, guesthouse and resort stays for you and your guests. Offering three levels of pricing and quality for you and your guests. With this fee we welcome listing our contact information on your save the date cards, allowing us to assist not only you but your family and guests as well - FLAT FEE OF $250
